Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our field operations, subcontracting terms, and service dispatch.

What is the difference between a Service Request and a Work Order?

A Service Request is an initial inquiry or reported fault submitted by a customer or partner. Once our dispatch coordinators verify premises access, confirm technical scope, and establish scheduling, the request is formally approved and converted into an operational Work Order for technician assignment.

How quickly can MH deploy technicians for emergency fiber cuts?

In designated Metropolitan Zone A territories, our standby crews maintain a 2 to 4 hour on-site SLA for mission-critical carrier restoration, equipped with fusion splicers and OTDR diagnostic equipment.

How do telecommunication carriers partner with MH for subcontracting?

We maintain established master service agreements (MSAs) with major MSOs and regional providers. Subcontracted work orders are tracked with partner-specific reference numbers, photo evidence, and closed out through our centralized dispatch desk.

Are independent contractor technicians separated from payroll?

Yes. In strict accordance with legal classification standards, independent 1099 contractors submit itemized invoices against validated work orders and are managed through contractor accounts payable, completely isolated from W-2 employee payroll.
